The Registry Agency will work with extended working hours in relation of the expiring deadline for submission of applications for publication of annual financial statements (AFS) in the Commercial Register and the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities.
The offices of the Registry Agency in the country, where applications for declaring annual financial statements can be submitted, will work from 08:00 to 18:30 in the period 23 - 30.09.2020. With this actions taken Registry agency aims to facilitate it own users.
This year, due to the epidemiological situation in the country, the legal deadline for submitting applications has been extended by three months.

The Registry Agency reminds that beside on counter, the documents can be submitted online using the portal, uniting the Property and Commercial Register and the Register of non-profit organizations - https://portal.registryagency.bg
The fee for submitting applications electronically is 50% lower than the one at the counter.
So far, the Registry Agency has received 181,322 applications for announcing annual financial statements. About 77% of them are submitted electronically, and the rest - at the counter. Based on the applications submitted last year, nearly 150,000 applications are expected to be submitted in the coming days.

The Registry Agency remind everyone that  with a regulatory changes there has been introduced simplified requirements for the submission of annual financial statements (AFS) and annual activity reports for small, medium and micro enterprises. According to the changes, there is no need to submit documents proving the acceptance of the annual financial report and the annual activity report (invitations to convene general meetings, minutes of general meetings, evidence of receipt of invitations, etc.). The circumstance that the annual financial statements have been accepted by the respective competent authority shall be proved by submitting a declaration according to a sample (declaration under Art. 62a, para 2, item 2 of Ordinance N1 of 14 February 2007) by the legal representative of the trader or the the non-profit legal entity.
